Odebolt Tuesday Club Quilt Winner
On Saturday, June 17th, at 4 P.M., a name
was drawn at the Odebolt Community Center for the Quilt
that the members made, and have been receiving donations
for, to continue their many community projects and
donations. The name drawn was Margaret McGuire of
Bakersfield, CA. Mrs. McGuire is the daughter of Lois
Peterson Merrill, formerly of Odebolt, and the niece of
Eleanor Peterson. She had spent five or six days in
Odebolt the week prior to Creek Days visiting relatives
and friends and had made a donation toward the quilt.
Congratulations to her and thank you to all who donated to
this project. - Submitted by Elaine Rex, Tuesday
Club Member.
