Barber Shop - A barber shop
display is a fine attraction in the museum. Harvey Gee Keller,
purchased the barber chair, around 1926 and passed it on to his son, Harvey
H. Keller who continued the barber business in Odebolt until the fall of
2004. He has donated the historic photos that he had displayed in his
barber shop to the museum.
Medical Corner - Next to the
Barber Shop is a display of equipment from the old Odebolt Hospital, once
located at the southeast corner of Main and 3rd Streets. It also
includes an exam table from Dr. Groman's practice, which started in 1878, a
charting table from the Eastlawn Nursing Home operated by Dr. and Mrs. Hart
as well as other medical items.
