United Bank of Iowa has operated from south Main Street since 1980.  In 1994 it became a branch of Ida County State Bank, which changed its name to United Bank of Iowa in 1996.  There are currently branch banks in eleven communities in western Iowa.

Dave Wilken, Broker

An Odebolt native, Dave grew up on a farm south of Odebolt and is a graduate of Odebolt-Arthur High School and of Wartburg College.  He is currently Vice President and Branch Manager at UBI.  Dave has over 20 years experience specializing in agricultural real estate either through private sale or public auction.  His wife, Twyla teaches 3rd grade at Odebolt-Arthur.  They have 3 children.
