Phases of Construction
Phase I - Carlyle Monument Company of Denison completed the center of the monument and it was unveiled at Memorial Day ceremonies on May 26, 2003.
Phase II - The final list of 937 Veteran names has been submitted. The monument is to be completed by Veterans Day 2003.
Dedication Ceremonies were held on Memorial Day, May 31, 2004.
