The City of Odebolt has implemented a new system for online payment of utility bills. To make a one-time online payment, or to set up auto-pay, please visit: www.edmundsgovpay.com/odebolt.

When residents visit the website for the first time, they will need to create an account using the new account number and PIN number that can be found on their water bill. Residents may also call City Hall at (712) 668-2231 to get their account number and PIN number with the new system.

Payments can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please note: The company that processes the payments charges a minimal service charge. This service charge does NOT go to the city.
